aoiroinc ("Operator") respects user privacy in Pixnote ("Service") and is committed to protecting personal information.

The Service can be used without account registration. We may collect the following information:

• Analytics: We use tools such as Google Analytics to anonymously analyze site usage. This includes the use of cookies
• Local storage: Artwork data and settings may be stored in your browser's local storage. This data is not sent to our servers

Artwork created in the browser is stored on the user's device (local storage) by default. User artwork is not stored on the Operator's servers (except when using cloud save features). Locally stored data may be lost due to browser data deletion or device changes.

7. Security

The Operator implements appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the complete security of internet communications.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for all ages. If a child under 13 provides personal information, parental consent is required.

9. Changes to This Policy

The Operator may modify this Policy as necessary. The modified Policy becomes effective upon posting on this page.
